Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our beauty and skincare products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@innerseoulglow.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue, but we do not guarantee a refund or replacement.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
